Leon was extremely courteous and answered my questions knowledgeably and fully over the phone. Called to inquire about an alternator replacement for a family member that lives in the area, price was fair and very reasonable. We did get the vehicle serviced here and Leon’s customer service was just as good in person, so much so that my family member reached back out to me to tell me how happy they were with his white glove level care. The repair was done promptly. This business’ 4.9 star average rating is well deserved and most certainly earned, and I hope this review finds Leon and the entire staff well and causes others to make the choice to have their vehicle serviced here.

After I replaced front suspension and steering components on my truck, my steering was way off and pulling hard. I brought my truck to Freedom Tire for an alignment and waited for it. I watched the tech work on my truck for over an hour and he took it for test drive. When he came back, I was told the truck could not be aligned properly due to slop in center link and they will not charge me. I was absolutely blown away by their honesty. I offered to pay at least half and they would not take it. I will definitely be bringing my truck here from now on as good honest shops are hard to find.

I have been to this place multiple times, and I’ve always been greeted immediately. Everyone who works here is very respectful and hard-working. They have worked on my vehicle many times and will help you out with any issues. If you have any problems with a vehicle, whether you know what is wrong or not, they will figure out what it is and fix the problem. When you bring your vehicle here, you do not have to worry about being scammed or up-charged for a service they are the most honest business around. I recommend this place for anyone who needs something done to their vehicle you will not be disappointed!!!!
